STARfish and Dreams is committed to the highest level of customer satisfaction. Our goal is for each step from searching for the perfect card on our website to sending your invitation to your guests be as easy and pleasing as possible.

STARfish and Dreams gladly accepts returns on non-customized items for a full refund or exchange within 21 days. Freight charges must be paid. Please enclose a copy of your invoice when returning goods.

Sales merchandise and items on special are not returnable. All sales are final. As well, printed or customized items are final sales. Printed or customized items may be cancelled after placing the order for a $15 fee until the items are ordered or printed. If the items have been printed or ordered, they are non-refundable. All sales are final.
